On 4 Jul 22, my ** stopped working. Because my system was still under a 10 year warranty (purchased in Jan 2013), I called ARS/Rescue Rooter. I was told $109 was the fee for the house call. After looking at the system, the tech told me my fan motor was bad and the labor price was $709. When I reminded him the system was still under warranty, he told me that it would take a long time to install it and he had to order it. I paid it. Ars as a whole is a GREAT COMPANY both as a customer and employee for the most part from what I have heard EXCEPT there is one issue with a female employee at the ********* location who likes to flirt, be ****** friendly with one male co-worker specifically and is non professional in some of the messages she sends. I have friends who work in *******, know a few people vaguely at ********* and a few other locations. I requested to have a quote on July 15, 2022 for a water heater and a possible leak in my washroom. The technician Dolor ***** stated I needed a new water heater. I told him to please replace the water heater & check the washroom due to a possible leak problem. Dolor ***** said that another technician would be by in two hours to replace the water heater and check for leaks. This was at 9:00 am time frame. I waited until about 4:00 pm still no plumber. About a month ago my ** started to fail, and the part I had warranty for was not available and could take 5 plus months to get. We ended up getting a whole new ** unit with ARS. When the salesperson was working out the details with us, he said we would get our new ** the next day and after we completed the paperwork, that date changed to 5 days later which should have been a signal. They have a whole bunch of guarantees, and they make it seem like a great company to get your ** from. The first day they came to install my ** ... read more

This is the worst company. I am switching after several years. Company only cares about making money. The left hand doesnt know what the right is doing. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, you are told none are available . THE WORST

Conway came after 6 pm in 96 degree weather when another company did not show. ********* was so kind and professional. He had my a/c blasting out in no time. I will never use another company.

I was yold by scheduler that the company was running an HVAC unit inspection for $69, but she would lower it to $59.The technician came to my home. I took him upstairs and pointed to the thermostat on the wall and the attic access door. He fetched his ladder. At my front door he told me it would be another $306 to look at my unit. A big deception. He got paid to drive to my house walk and walk my stairs. I paid him. I called Blue Dot. They have not returned my calls. They did not reimburse my money.
