I purchased a hot water tank from The Rooter Works on 10/4/2020 and had problems with it ever since. Started off with ******* ship on install on drain pan, then water tank was getting way to hot. had to turn it down to vacation mod.to keep temp low enough to be safe. the tank was also making a lot of popping noise. they replaced the control panel and burner. didn't change how the water tank worked. then the wouldn't call me back. Terrible company to work with, very poor customer service. Tried to scam me on A/C needing charge which it did not. Not recommended at all.
I went online to make an appointment with ********** to have someone come out to my home to give me a quote on an AC unit and ********** sent out ARS rescue rooter company (HVAC), according to them they are subcontractors for **********. A gentleman by the name of *********************************** from ARS presented me with a few offers and advised me if I was interested in switching out both my AC units instead of only one, since it would be more cost-effective for me. Regretfully I have reached the end with trying to contact ARS to have the company's billing or customer service department contact me back on a service issue that occurred almost a month ago now, on August 16, 2022 for an AC cooling problem. Multiple attempts to call and/or provide email/feedback correspondence online have met with no phone call attempts from them nor any email correspondence from them. not happy with the services that they did they charged me so much money for what they said was the problem and they did not fix it and they came three time and still did not fix a supervisor was suppose to come over and never came that is the reason i am complaining
