We are a "preferred" customer with CWA so I was grateful that I was able to schedule a same day service call when my furnace quit. They were able to schedule an **** call but it's now 7 PM and I haven't heard a word. Their phone service seems to have crashed and we're still without heat for over 24 hours. I would think that I would at least hear from the company as to the status of my call. It's unfortunate that CWA is owned by ARS instead of being a local entity.

I called ARS to inspect my mother's AC unit and they quoted her $5,000 for labor only to replace her blower motor and clean her coils. On top of the outrageous dispatch fee of $109. My mother lost everything in Hurricane *** and is mentally and financially burdened, making this even more horrible. She is elderly and does not know how to use the internet or what is a reasonable rate for these repairs. Had I not been there to interfere, my mother would have fallen for this scam. Their fees are very expensive in comparison. They quoted me an estimate on replacing a ceiling fan on an 18ft ceiling of $1547.55. Two guys for four hours. A small business owner replaced it for $275.

Found this company through ********** sat down with sales representative at my home and they offered 6. Something apr and in the blink of an eye it jumped to ***** when I have good credit and was told 18 months no payment, here we are one month into it I have a bill saying I have a payment due. Was told that the 18 months went out the window because the APR changed. Make sure you get all the info when dealing with this company.

Bait and switch scam. They advertise $69 drain clean. We confirmed price when scheduled. Upon arrival the employee states can't do for that price enen though we have written ad. Quotes almost $400 to do job. $310 with senior discount. Do not recommend this company with fraudulent practices.
