I purchased a home AC unit through *********** First mistake. *** came to look at system and let me know options. I listened and said okay to the used car sales techniques. Second mistake. Bought the twice a year check up even though it was brand new. Okay , I admit Im a trusting old f*** and believe professional people are trustworthy. My flaw. This is one of the worst companies weve hired to work on a plumbing issues on our property. Work started in November 2022 and it is now February 2023, the work on our property has yet to be completed. ARS convinced us to contract them for two jobs, one they started in November. Process was, they do the work an inspector comes and close up the hole. A Project Manager came and did an inspection for the first job and discovered more work had to be completed, therefore the suggestion to keep the hole open to continue the work. W... read more

A word of caution to anyone thinking of using ARS/Rescue Rooter to shop around for better prices, particularly when it comes to dealing with a main waste water pipe. Specifically, when they ran an in-line video to check the condition of our pipe, they charged just under $500, which I found out later when I decided to go with another plumbing service, is done for free as part of the estimate to do the work. I called ARS early on Jan. 26 and explained I had a drain clogged under my house which is rental property. The rep. said it would be $89 (TV special) to clear the line and run a camera to assure it was clear. Upon checking he couldn't send someone till the 27th. I called a second ARS taking their number from their web page. I was given the same information and set a time of 2:00-6:00 and promised the tech would call 30 min before coming. ******** *********************************************** in ****************************** a referred company from Lowes Home Improvement charged $8111. for a 50 gal water heater replacement and faucet installation on 1/12/2023.Only information in writing:Install faucet: $380.Repair shut off valve $849.Replace 3/4 in ball valve $1026.Install heater pump $1643 Custom boiler repair $4213.

Purchased a new HVAC system. System was not installed correctly. Thermostat had to be rewired three times. Sheet rock wall was damaged, careless hole drilled in floor, during installation. A year later thermostat still not working properly. Appointments were not kept, wasting our time waiting. Have made multiple calls to the company through there answer service. No phone calls ever returned from dispatch or management.

Had a morning appointment, service tech did not show until 9:30pm Service person evaluated the problem from the thermostat, but never went out to the **** unit. A part was to be ordered. The week of 01/09 -01/12/2023 I had my home re-piped by this company. I called them on the 16th and 17th to file a complaint about the work that wasn't done correctly. I reported what happened to the receptionist expecting someone to call me to correct the problems. It's been a week and I still haven't heard from them.1.
