Do not use this company! I'd give them zero stars of I could. I called to have a 120V 15 amp outlet (standard outlet) with 15' of wire tied into dedicated switch on panel in my basement for Aprilaire dehumidifier. The ARS ***************** technician came out and took picture they said he was going to work up an estimate. He came back with an estimate of $1,450 which he said was the standard price for this outlet, and wire needed for this job. I dont have a choice to give Zero so giving 1. Last Month(02/18/2023) I was in Homedepot purchasing few hardware's for my closet. One representative of Homedepot called me and put me to the ARS booth rep. I got appointment with ARS Rescue Rooter to Tune my 7-year-old perfectly working HAVC System through HomeDepot. ARS Technician came and checked the system and scammed my by saying that Battery is going to fail soon. This company is a scam. Worst experiences ever. Did not write a review first time because I was just hoping it was one occurrence but is not. I had a 33 year old unit that was still working replaced for energy efficiency. I went with ******* Home for my new unit. Biggest mistake. My technian provided excellent customer service. He was professional and helpful.
I am not happy with the company. I purchased an a/c replacement for my home on 4/2016 two months after they had to come and replaced the whole system because they installed the wrong size of a unit. Today 3/2023 the A/C is still under warranty and I am being told I have a coil leak that will cost over$4000 to repair or I have the Option to buy a new A/C. I do not trust the company. No quality on their work or services.
Had hot water heaters replaced with one tankless. Very neat and professional! Work was explained and carried out in a timely manner. Weve used Conway before and well continue to call them, they do great work!

I have a monthly service plan with ARS. I was charged the monthly fee on March 2, I later upgraded to the Elite plan at a slightly higher monthly charge. I was charged for that on March 10.ARS has been contacted 3 times in regards to the duplicate charge. No one has contacted me nor has the overcharge been corrected.I would like the over billing to be corrected and based on the lack for response, I would like the entire service plan cancelled before the next monthly billing cycle
