14 months ago I used ARS of ************* to replace the entire HVAC system in my home. Since the date of installation the system has never been right. This company damaged my deck on June 21 last year. they said they would fix it. asked for a police report and one was filed. almost 9 months later and nothing done. When I call they transfer me to some else who dosen't answer the phone. leave messages on voice mail but never call back. I had to get my deck fixed myself. Do not work with this company they could care lest about their customers. be warned!!!!!

They tried to get me to do thousands of dollars in repairs. All for a clog that took another company 15 minutes to clear. Plus it only cost me $200.00 versed over $5000.00 When I asked for my money back I was cussed at. This company is a scam.

I had Will Fix It to my home to clear two tub drains. The special advertised was "$83 or it's free". The technician broke one drain and said it was not able to be cleared. He tried to up-sell me a total bath replacement instead of clearing the drain. The second drain did clear but was backed up and not draining within one week. I had an appointment for an estimate set for between 12 and 2. I called after 2 to see what the *** would be and was told the plumber was running late and message would be sent to have the plumber call to give me an updated ***. She paid cash at $4100 to repair a broken sewer pipe on Friday. At this point, we had not had plumbing for 4 days and no bathroom drains for 6. The entire crew knew that my husband is disabled.
