We used this company last year for their advertised special on their spring air conditioning tune-up. When they were here last year, they completed the tune-up on our air conditioning which had previously been running fine. One month later when we needed to turn the air conditioning on, it was not working. When we called them, they recommended a full system replacement; we wanted it checked out since it worked fine the previous summer. Unfortunately I feel like this company hires salesman not repairmen. I hired somebody from this company to come out and work on a simple bathroom sink leak and was thrown into a quick sales gimmick belittled as a woman and made feel intimidated I will never use this company again. I did reach out to the plumbing service manager was told he was in the restroom never ever return my call.
