These people are serious price gougers. If you do business with them you are going to get screwed over by the prices they charge.They wanted to charge me $350.00 just to pull and reinstall a commode so that they could use the drain to clear a sewer line clog. Its a simple 5 minute job. Then, they wanted another $400.00 just to clear the the line. They wanted a total of $750.00 just to clear a sewer line. If you want to be really screwed over by price gouging , then, this is the company that you need to call. JMHO

Called and Came on time. Explained the estimate and cost. Answered all questions that I had to my satisfaction.
The technician sent over to my place, ************** was Excellent in customer Attentiveness, customer **********************, and Expertise. He identified an issue aside from what I had called about and took care of it himself, same day, at my ******* request. Thank You!
Technician was friendly and not trying to sell products. He explained the options available for the **** and provided a rough estimate.
Second routine maintenance visit. They have been professional, knowledgeable and clean. Very happy with service and will continue to use them.
