My AC unit still on the warranty for parts. Technician who repaired this unit did - Heat Pump Capacitor Replacement - Contactor Replacement The time for this labor was less then 1 hour.Why ARS charged me for $470????How is possible that labor cost to replace 2 small parts in AC unit $470/h???

Requested service to charge a mini split system with refrigerant and a system tune up for the main house system. Tech showed up without all of the equipment needed to perform work requested. Furthermore in checking the main system, he bled off much of the refrigerant without the ability to replace it. Trust me, go with another vendor. So I end the day in a worse condition than before the tech arrived. These people have no idea what they are doing.

They said there was a problem with the airflow. ******************************* was called to my home to check the airflow of my **. TEC came in looked in the attic and claimed that there was no airflow getting into the 2 rooms. Said I needed all new ductwork and gave me an invoice for $13,055.63. Called for a second opinion. 2 of the People i delt with were terrible people they talk down to you and it was their unit that was the issue! I had it 2yrs, basically nee, the motoe blew and computer motor and I called for emergency call which I had extended warranty on and they told me ut was $1700 for labor It took 2weeks for them to finally fix it . They ordered wrong part 2times and then after 1week waiting they overnight part I called 2dys later and found out the part had been sitting there for 2 days. I called Yes Plumbing to look at a bathroom problem toilets leaking, slow drainage from toilets, sinks and showers. As usual they send this guy with the plumbers, he doesn't allow them to look at what is happening and he barely looks he of course tries to upsell you on everything. This happened to me a few years back with a garbage disposal and the same upsell guy. These people are not reputable. They should keep this guy in the office and allow the plumbers to do their job. I'm waiting on a response when ****** will be sending a tech to pick up this condense fan motor that ****** would honor a new warranty on. I was told by a manager I would get a new fan motor because the fan motor we've had under warranty since 06 2022 isn't any good. When tech came out he wouldn't put on invoice a new motor that came with a new warranty. I don't trust ****** .

If I could give 0 stars, I would. And I dont even know where to begin. Blue Dot installed our new HVAC system in the winter of 2017. Not even 3 months later, we had issues with that system. Now its been 6 years and I cannot tell you how many times our heating and AC has stopped working and we needed to call them to fix it. My biggest issue with them though is their customer service. I had a clogged sewage line and ARS sent out ***************************. He was excellent, sociable, very dedicated, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He unclogged the line and offered professional advice.
