On Tuesday, May 30, a technician came to my house because I was interested in the $49 tune up special. I discovered at the end that the advertised tune-up was not a tune up, it should be called a diagnostic because he didn't adjust the **** unit to run at maximum efficiency for the advertised $49, which is how a tune-up is defined.In fact, I was informed that my capacitor was bad and I was a gallon low on freon. Charged way too much. Took advantage of an elderly single woman, in poor health, sitting in an hot home with no AC. Initial quote was well over $9000 for a 3 ton AC. Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!!

Terrible experience with this company through ********** in *********. Our hot water went out and bought a new one at ********** for $464. Will fix it is the only company they use. For installs. They give you a free in ************. The day of the consult we get a phone call with the estimate $2325 to swap out our water heater. My husband talked on the phone with the plumber who would not come to the house for the free consult. He tried to say he would have to bring us up to code. ********** ARS Rescue Rooter *********:We had a main water line leak at our house. Initial estimate was for $4,850. We were told there would be a $105 charge for estimate if we didnt get work done with ARS. Ultimately the lead technician said the leak was 2' to the right underneath driveway. New estimate $7,000(included was pavement replacement($600). After 10 years of trying still.couldnt get my brand new AC running and working for even one full season. They are more than willing to keep charging for hours they don't work on your unit because hours aren't covered under warranty. Also willing to charge you for lost refrigerant when they fix a leak weeks after you filled it for the previous leak after they told you there wasn't a leak, or even if they just failed to tighten the valve.
