I have been dealing with ESCO for 20+ years now. This past 10 months has been terrible. Last August on one of their regular tune up visits for my **, when I left in the morning it was working. When I got home, they informed me it was broken and needed to be replaced. The next day when the sales person visited with me and my landlord it was discovered that the ** was still on warranty and like magic it could be fixed. They never return your calls. Every week can go by and nothing. The technicians all agreed on the problem and how it needed to be solved but as far as customer service and satisfaction on how efficient they are in solving THE ARE THE WORST!!!! The only reason I went with them is because they had a table at ********** so I thought they were a trustworthy company to go with but I was wrong!!!

This company has seriously gone downhill. We've subscribed to their maintenance plan since 2006. We've been happy with them until the last year. 3 weeks ago we paid over $7,000 dollars to replace ************** they recommended. Today, when the temperature reached 93 degrees outside, their solution could only maintain at 83 degrees. This is ridiculous. If you spend that kind of money, you should get a system that can keep your home cool for your family!
