They will charge a fee to just show up. Then say they will waive that fee if they do any work. They charged $500 to just install a thermostat. They are a scam stay away.

The tech that came was very friendly and did look very diligently for our leak. Never found one just said my hose was left on and tightened up the connection on my sump pump. Not even one hour and charged me ****** ?? The guy was very pleasant that is what got the rating. I think $300 to walk around for less than an hour and tighten one bolt for $300 is insane.

This was a repair call on a split mini ductless system. The problem is, they never showed up. Background, I asked them specifically did they work on these units, and got a yes. I got worried when talking to the agent when she started off with having a new AC installed. I told her again, this is a repair of mini split and stop now if you don't work on them. She assured me they did, but the questions she was asking me, like room size and age of the house pointed to still trying to sell a new AC unit. We made an appointment for... read more

I called ARS Manasas Thursday night June the 1st 2023 after noticing my A/C unit was not cutting off. At that time I was told that I was scheduled for a service appointment between 8 and 12 the next morning. The next morning I called ARS **** AM and was informed that I was not on the schedule. Outstanding service! Had a problem with my Generac generator during a power outage and ****** Services quickly dispatched a top-notch technician (********) who resolved the issue. He then took the time to explain everything he did and planned a follow up visit. Very satisfied!

Work ethic was truly impeccable. ********** really lives up to his 13 plus years experience. He did a lot to make sure I had air in this ****** ***** heat and Im so appreciative! Truly one of my main reason why I continue to call ARS . Awesome customer service and great company .

Overcharged even with 12 year warranty of parts & labor And a $120. yearly maintenance plan..I have paid over $1400.00 this year ! Charged over $439.00 to change float switch . Drain pipe sluggish..total cost for my maintenance: $713.00 I asked why, labor!!
