**** did maintenance on our HVAC system. He definitely knew his job. He was thorough, friendly, spent a lot of time working on a VERY hot day, let us know of a few potential issues that *** come up in the next year or so with our 10 year old system, but never pressured us to schedule anything - just wanted us to be aware.

We have had 7 different appointments with ***************. Each time with a 4 hour window of arrival times. They dont show up. They dont even bother to call, telling us we can go about our day. We have waited a total of 30 hours, on different days. Each promising that a tech will arrive to fix our AC issue. They dont show and dont even bother to call. This is unacceptable customer service. The plumber that came out to fix a leak under my sink instead of telling me at first that it wasn't installed correctly he tells me after he was at my house for a hour then said he could try to fixed it but wasn't no guarantee he could fix it give me a quote for installation a new fixed under my sink and charge me ****** and really didn't do much but make it worse then before tried to wash clothes and water was pouring on the kitchen floor from under the sink l want my money back just not right lost my husband last year then... read more

Our tech, ******, did a great job, and went above and beyond. While he was performing our annual air conditioning service, he diagnosed a problem that has been very elusive we have a floor vent that has bar inadequate air flow, and our ARS Tech, ******, is the only person who figured out the issue! Anyway, he went the extra mile and put his arm way down a vent to take a video, and we found out that we had a closed damper stuck way down inside our system that was blocking our airflow. I called Beutler, the company that installed my new HV** system less than three years, to check on why the ** is not working. I called them at around 11:30am on the appointed date and I was told that a dispatcher will call me back. Just wasted my time at home today because that call came in at around 4:15pm for them just to tell me that it is being rescheduled for tomorrow, Jun 20 - very professional. I am a customer with an "annual service contact" with ARS Rescue Rooter regarding my Furnace/Air Conditioner. ARS comes out bi-annually to inspect that the Heating/Air are working properly and to recommend any service they find that needs to be done. At my most recent "bi-annual" inspection, the technician found the ** Bulb was no longer working and recommended that it be replaced.
