Our AC stopped working today. Called Blue Dot and they were able to get a technician out the same day. The tech was knowledgeable and so helpful. Our AC is up and running the dlsame day. Absolutely wonderful service from or receptionist to tech.

I waited all day for tech to arrive only to find out when they never showed up, that they do not offer the plumbing services in my area. the person making the appointment was clueless and this resulted in a day wasted with no plumbing repair. i now need to get service after hours/weekend and will likely pay a premium due to this company's negligence.

Waited all day for a 11am appointment. Its now 7:30pm and still no show. Scheduled an 11am appointment. Email said 11am-3pm. I am the sole care provider for someone with severe dementia and their schedule cannot be upset. The booking person was aware of this. 1:45pm - Called store to check as I had not heard from anyone. At this time I can only give the company two stars for this review. I give them a star for the ******************* heat pump unit they installed, plus a quiet cool whole house fan. We believe they are quality superior products. In fairness, I am giving them another star for courteousness and for correcting their errors during the initial installation process (damage control measures). If I could rate ZERO STARS I would!! I will NEVER do business with this company again. I paid $25k to have a **************** installed. The furnace failed inspection. I called the company to schedule the repair and then they received an Email from the town regarding the failed inspection. The issue was very minor. The workers in the Orlando **** are great! They came on time and worked hard throughout the day-long process of replacing the **** system for my home. Of course, they left my house looking great! It has been typical for ARS to take several days to get back to me (even with me calling them) to set up that appointment and fallowups. But, again their work is/was fantastic!
