I was surprised , but happy they were able to come out so quickly to fix my AC unit. The technician ************************* was very professional and was able to fix my problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable about other services.

They are unprofessional, condescending, unreliable, and dishonest. Since they installed our HVAC system, one of the units failed within 6 months, another failed to pass the citys inspection for earthquake safety, and the filters they installed failed. During their installation, the cut out drywall, and did not repair it until asked repeatedly to do so They have had to return more than a dozen to fix the problems, some of which remain unresolved.
