I purchased a complete system from Blue Dot 2 years ago for $11,880 they will give you the cheapest nest thermostat for double the price and a 1 year warranty so if that junk doesn't break within 12 months they will profit on that. Moving forward my heat stop working after 18 they came out and fix it and they will tell you the faulty part is not covered. I had to pay $342 and I added a $69 dollar a/c tune up at the same time and during this time I didn't understand what was included ain a A/C tune up but they are supposed to... read more

This company does NOT stand behind their work. Part suppose to be under warranty. Claims it's on backorder. Call another company to check the a/c unit. They had the part in hand in 30 minutes and charged $700.00 LESS than what ARS quoted us for labor.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I called Comfort Heating and Air to change my filter in the attic, and to check the efficiency of my AC system. i called yesterday, they came today, and **** was prompt, courteous and efficient. i was able to take advantage of a promotional fee. i'm glad i called!
