It's been almost 5 months since the new furnace was installed and I STILL do Not have it connected to the gas line.

**************Could not repair 5 year old mini split AC unit they had installed. ARS was a ********** subcontractor. Would not honor the 10 year warranty after repeated requests. Charged me nearly $900 to try to fix it after several return service calls. The inexperienced technician was incompetent. After 3+ months (April - July) weather got hot (*******) was forced to replace the unit with a new one from another company. I should file a small claims lawsuit.NO STARS for this install. July 2020, DM Select (now ******** Services) installed an HV** system (CARRIER). Over the weekend we turned on the ** system and the ** stopped blowing cold air. The technician came to my home and noted that the capacitor needed to be replaced and would need to be replaced every couple of years. The ** unit only worked for 2 ******* after the year of installation. This company does a Bait and Switch Tactics to get customer to pay for service that they does not provide for and I have been trying to cancel my monthly service fee with them and every time I called they told me an accountant will call me back and no one has called me to resolve this issue. I have called numerous time and I get the same answer I even try to talk to a manager and I was told by customer service that they have emailed the manager and someone will call me back. My ** was not cooling the air so I called *************** for service. ******* looked in my fuse box, looked at the condenser. The ** was not working because the switch in the fuse box was off. He spent about five minutes working but charged me the full diagnostic charge of $89.00. I feel that I shouldn't have had to pay the full cost of the diagnostic charge since nothing was broke.
