Purchase in October 2022 a month later it wouldn't work it was purchased new. I had several of ars guys that was sent out that didn't diagnosed correctly finally after the 4th guy he found out it was faulty wiring and malfunction on the thermostat nothing on my behalf it took them almost 2months to figure this out meanwhile my contract stated If they wasn't able to prepare in 24hrs they would compensate me 550 dollars which is going on 4months it also stated I would be paid each day I'm staying in hotel but I stayed in my ho... read more

I got 3 bids for flood damage and an HVAC situation. ARS was the only one that didt try to take advantage of the fact that I was a recent widow without a man in the home. Their bid was HONEST and they didnt try to over sell me. Which was what the other companies did. Even to the tune of breaking CO State Law!!!! ARS encouraged me to check out the law cause all master licensed plumber show know it. Apparently ARS was the only one who practiced it.

After a routine maintenance visit on my HVAC, Neither the heating nor the Air-conditioning were working. My HVAC was fully functioning before ARS Rescue Rooter visited my home. I hired another Technician to resolve my air conditioning problem which was the fact that the ARS technician failed to turn the outside power back on causing me a $200 fee. Generally , I have been pleased with their service when replacing my old ** system, although they were not the least expensive. One person especially stands out, ****************, my favorite technician, who has gone above and beyond the call of duty when I needed help with understanding my new, smart thermostat. In August 2020 Rescue rooter installed a brand new unit in my home. In June 2023 the unit started acting funny. I noticed it would freeze up. I called them out to check on the unit. The guy came out and charged me a service fee. I thought nothing of it. The guy checks the unit and then proceeds to tell me to get it fixed that I would have to pay roughly $1300.
