While the install was timely, ****** messed up one of our hardwood floor stair treads and have given us the runaround about getting it repaired. They talk a good talk, but when it comes to fixing what they broke, theres no action!

Terrible!!! They are robbers!! Got charged a diagnostic fee when they are suppose to be waved when you have the job done and they charged me 400$ for a job that only took 20 min and they charged me 300$ for a job that was quoted at 3.5 hours when it took them 10 min. Also when you ask to speak to management, they are never available and they do not return your phone calls. They are very in untrust worthy

My aircon was purchased in Feb. 2019. I have had service with ARS since then every six months and for any other problems I experienced [which should be non-existent] but still paid for extras. Friday ******* installed parts in my fan motor for $1950. i experienced a strange noise on Saturday and called Sunday for someone to come and check it out. I Was scheduled for ****. Noone showed up. Very disappointed in this business. I dont understand how they have such a good rating when they lie.Made an appointment got a phone call changing for two weeks later by a very well spoken young lady ***** of appointment no contact from the company. I called ************************************** I called again at 2:00pm told by company repairman finishing up an appointment would be on the way.No further contact.**** poor service

I have used Ars for over 10 years now and they are fantastic. However, the technician **************** was out today to perform my annual maintenance and I have to say he went above, and beyond to explain what was going on with my system, and what maintenance should happen to keep it running smoothly. I would recommend Ars to anyone I know, but I would also recommend **************** As a technician because he was very respectful detail, oriented, and provided exceptional service when he was here..

Outstanding service! The technician, ****** was terrific. He was on-time, polite, friendly, professional, trustworthy, highly competent, & explained everything clearly & concisely.
