I was quoted $99 by ******* ******* over the phone and text but when the technician ***** arrived he told me that his boss stated she didn't have the authority to give me the coupon price of $99 so my bathtub is still draining slow

biggest bait and switch company ever. NEVER EVER use them. Advertise ***** clean two sinks in the same bathroom 30-minute job they ask ******. 100% the worst I've ever seen CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS

I was extremely pleased with the technician, ***************************, that did my water heater installation. ****** was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He thoroughly explained everything I needed to know concerning the cost of replacing my water heater, approximate time for the service, times convenient for me, warranty information and asked if there was anything he hadnt covered that I wanted to know! The whole process from start to finish was very simple.

Did a good job. Water heater was not up to code. No vent through ceiling. They fixed that.

ARS was called to repair an HVAC unit that was supposed to be under warranty on July 27th in **************, **. They quoted $1800 and demanded all the money upfront before the repair was complete. They received two different forms of payment to cover the cost. On July 28th, in less than 24 hours, I called ARS to cancel the service. ARS never returned to the house and I got my unit repaired for HALF the price elsewhere.
