I have never been so insulted. Opening up my condensing unit the technician tells me that the capacitor is a little low and needs to be changed. When I asked him how much he should be covered under the warranty.He then proceeded to try to sell me a surge protector with a 5% discount because Im a senior and 15% discount because I have a service contract. **** told me that the price was $326 for the capacitor.My fault I shouldve double checked the service contract so ARS has to cheat in order to make money. Only 4 because no one is perfect . But I needed a new water heater. They quoted a fair price and was able to complete the job the same day. Very happy with the people and their work.

Technician proceeded without informing us of the costs for the services and ultimately charged $289.00 to connect a wire he says was not properly connected and flush the two condensate drains. This was after we were told by the scheduler that the fee would be $59 with no mention of add-ons that the technicial was allowed to do without informing us. The one start selected above is only because the system will not allow zero stars.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They fixed the ** at my brothers new home and in doing so broke a pipe that was hidden behind the wall. They will not take ownership for the problem that they created. All of the wooden floors in the house, cabinetry, walls and trim are damaged and Unique Services will not take responsibility. My family has MOLD in the walls of their new home which causes a health hazard not only for my brother and his wife but his 94 year old veteran father in law. Very unprofessional.
