We bought 2 new hvac systems from this company last summer. This dinner we have had issues with the upstairs ac unit. For 2 days they said they were coming and never showed up and didn't call. Third day we were supposed to leave for vacation and this is when they showed up. Tech didn't seem to know what he was doing and was taking his time.
