ARS tech tried to sell replacement parts instead of correctly diagnosing the ** problem on the Rheem they installed 6 years ago.ARS did not keep their scheduled appointment. In fact, ARS tech did not arrive until 30 hours AFTER the outside time of the scheduled appointment.The ARS technician tried to sell a new evaporator, which was not the cause of the ** problem.The yearly service plan is a rip-off, as the tech wanted to charge $300 simply to test for a leak.We would not recommend ARS to anyone.We sent the tech away and us... read more

I was directed to ARS after contacting Loews. Everyone I spoke with at ARS were professional and courteous. They went out of their way to help resolve my problem. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodated my schedule. They replaced my failing water heater and answered all my questions. I would recommend them.

Completely incompetent. Without air for almost two weeks. This company has been paid almost $2,000. We live in ******* and air conditioning is important, according to them the part is going to take another week to get.As a service in *******, it should never take longer than a day or two.I would never recommend this company .In my opinion zero stars.

****** was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, he unclogged my garage disposal pipe lines in a timely manner, and left my kitchen very clean. I highly recommend ARS if you want impeccable service they are the ones to call!

This company had 6 no show appointments and there contract agreement stated that if a service man did not show within 24 hours the customer would receive a check for $555. I have yet to receive a check This is a NOT a reputable company
