Brothers Heating, Plumbing, Cooling and Air I purchased a new HVAC UNIT IN 2019 !!! Tell me why when the tech guy checks my air; he stated it is not working properly and its because the evaporator coil is damaged and leaking freon!!! I barely had this new unit for 5 years!!! If the evaporator coil is damaged it means one of your coworkers/techs from Brothers damaged it because they were the ones who Installed it and brought it to my home after I paid over ***** dollars for the unit!!! The technician *** came to my house on time and did an excellent thorough job at a fair price I will use Rescue Rooter again if I have further plumbing issues

I highly do not recommend ******* home A/C. I had an A/C installed a few months ago. ******* home ran a electrical outlet with a new breaker for the new condensation pump. The breaker kept tripping which caused the condensation pump to stop working. Which cause flooding in my master bedroom and living room. I have called every week 3 times a week for over two months with no answer. This started June 19th 2023 and it is now August 7th 2023. Every time I call I get the run around. ARS (Rescue Rooter) used to be a family owned, local plumbing coming with great customer service. Now it's just another ************* company with horrible service that would rather price ***** customers, rather than being a go to company for plumbing needs. I was charged 80% more for a simple main drawing cleaning that took the plumber 20 min to do. I was charged $413 when their own website clearly says, $89. I was also told that if I refused service that day, there would be a $99 trip charge for just coming to my house. Th... read more

Had an issue getting plumber to my house. We had an appt on Friday which they canceled. Was told someone would come on Saturday but they also canceled. Finally a plumber came on Sunday. Plumbing repair was excellent when it finally got completed on Monday.

If I could give a zero I would. I purchased a new a/c gas unit in Feb 2023. This is August 2023. It is currently not working. I just had it serviced last week, and it seems all of a sudden it stops working; when it was working just fine. When the tech came yesterday, he stated he didn't have the part to fix it, That was on 8/14/23. So someone should be here in the A.M. to fix it. It is now 4:50p.m. on 8/15/23 and I am still waiting for a tech to show up to fix my 6 month old unit. I will not recommend this company to no one.

While the install was timely, ****** messed up one of our hardwood floor stair treads and have given us the runaround about getting it repaired. They talk a good talk, but when it comes to fixing what they broke, theres no action!

Terrible!!! They are robbers!! Got charged a diagnostic fee when they are suppose to be waved when you have the job done and they charged me 400$ for a job that only took 20 min and they charged me 300$ for a job that was quoted at 3.5 hours when it took them 10 min. Also when you ask to speak to management, they are never available and they do not return your phone calls. They are very in untrust worthy
