I am picky but they have the patience to understand my point of view and and fix any small details that I asked them to do, they are very professional and cover their shoe before coming inside the house. I knew what the problem was and *** took care of it in just minutes, saving us both valuable time! He was very pleasant and came in the time frame they said.
DO NOT USE! Please stay away from this company! They installed a new HVAC last fall and when they did, they drilled through the coil which caused the refrigerant to leak. Our electric bill was hundreds of dollars more for over 6 months and we didn't know why. We did not discover this issue until our AC stopped working 6 months later when our house was 80 degrees during an extremely hot week. Absolutely the worst company to hire, its been over a year and over 12 visits every time they send a different technician and its faulty from the tech before him, or its supposed to sweat and cause black mold in your house, then the permit expires and they just dont bother to clear the records they have a company come and spray paint on the ceiling and say its all fixed but the water continues to drip through the ceiling lights then after the year is up they ignore all calls and dont respond all this and more for $11,000. ARS installed the **** in my. **** new home 15 month months ago. An obviously defective part broke in the unit, ARS had the manufacturer cover the part under warranty and then wanted $2000 labor to replace the part. None of this was mentioned when the part was ordered, and no detailed quote or description was ever provided. No discussion of the hourly labor rate, or the number of hours labor required was provided when asked. I had new A/S & Heater unit installed in July the technician replaced but left old wiring which was cut open, a whole from outside unit in wall, and tried to sell me additional services. Needless to say the wiring began to spark and was cutting all my power from my fuse box to shut off everything. The county inspector never came as well. I began to smell smoke and called them on Aug 28 only to find out wires were about to cause a fire which means my home was about to go ** in smoke.
