I went with **************** Conditioning located at ********************************************************************* because it was supposed be certified by ********** but I was fooled. *********************** the sale rep promised me 3 ****** nest thermostats with a $10K ** deal because we have a 2-story house with 3 separate zones, each zone has it's own thermostat and ***** was well aware of it and made it very clear to me about 3 thermostats would be installed during the ** installation. We signed up for the service plan after a/c stopped working. We had to replace a/c unit but chose a different company. Now ****** will not stop billing ** for monthly charge. We have requested cancellation 3 times in the last month and can only get information to the call center. Each call is friendly but they do not have our account noted as needing to be cancelled.

Installers of a $10,000+ Carrier AC unit and air handler destroyed my flex ducts in the attic. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake and want to charge me over $7,000 to replace. As a result, cold air is escaping in the hot attic and the energy bill is the same if not more than the previous 20 year old barely working AC unit. Also heat randomly comes on at the same time as the *** If the whole experience wasnt so sad it would be funny.

I have been using the company for a number of years, and have been extremely satisfied with the service. They installed a new HVAC system, and accomplished it in one day and were extremely careful removing the old system and bringing in the new one, and cleaned up very well. They also dealt with a cracked sewage pipe and expertly replaced it. I call on them for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs.

This company can not seem to keep their appointments and promises.My first visit was push 3 times in one day and pushed to a separate day and pushed more times then too. My second visit never happened. I called and spoke with customer service 4 different times to no avail. They don't communicate anything with me. They took the money and haven't seen or heard anything since. No refund, no promises kept. Don't trust them. I was out of town recently and my tenants called ARS as their a/c had stopped working. It had a bad capacitor. The capacitor costs $20 and less than 1/2 hour is need to change it out. ARS charged $435 ! This is extortion. It is not as if this is an unknown company ARS is an approved ********** vendor. Shame on them

ARS installed a brand new Carrier system into our ******** 2009-built house less than two weeks ago, after the previous system failed. Since then, this new system has failed no fewer than five times, necessitating urgent service tech visits, as we have a toddler and its the hottest time period in recordable history.
