They will rip you off if they can. They called offering a $49 service check on an A/C system they installed a few years back. After the check the tech said I should really consider getting a surge protector to protect the electrical components and an air scrubber which helps to eliminate mold, pollen, dust and prevents oxidation/rusting of components. **** was awesome in explaining the issue with the ancient system that I had lol. He gave well thought out 3 options for how we can restore our system.

Wonderful Service, great people, very knowledgeable. We had a few AC companies over the years, and ARC gives better customer service and explains what they are doing and why things are necessary. We had a new duct system put in, and they came back for an adjustment, we added an AC cleaning and blue lights, which they did same day. We're very happy with the company and would recommend using them.

They will use the cheapest materials and will not fix a bursting pipe they replaced. They have tried to fix it twice and are asking for more money. I should *** for water damage! Horrible customer service and company.

biggest crooks in the world, AC went out, called blue dot, tech said " contactor is bad, capacitor is weak" I asked how much. tech said " $900 " I asked if he was serious, tech said " yes - $300 for capacitor, $600 for contactor." arranged for a quote to be given for new system, searched the part on amazon, each part was under $20 on amazon, told estimator, didn't do anything, tried calling him, he wouldn't answer my calls, today I spoke with a lady in charge of complaints, must be company policy because all she did was defe... read more
