If I could give *************** a zero star rating I would. About April 24, 2023 I had some plumbing work done. I have had a contract with *************** for several years. They charged me an exorbitant amount of money. I spoke to their **************************** (****) she sent me an email that stated they would refund me $214.75 on April 26, 2023. Plumbing service is not cheap, so you want the work to be of the highest quality. Once again, ARS came through for me. Today I met ************** who replaced my outdoor spigots as I look forward to a power washing project. These guys always go the extra mile and today ****** changed out the old 8 " feeder pipes to both spigots for 12 " pipes. Hired thru Lowes. Needed water heater and lining. Paid for both. Water heater installed on 6/7. Was told liner company would contact me within a week. Its 6/21 no calls. Called ARS and they had me contact the chimney guy to schedule. Why not do that in the first place. Had I never called, I guess it would never have been installed. Guys who did water heater were here fast and very professional. Its the follow up that makes me give them a lower score

I contacted Lowes for water heater replacement and ARS was the local contractor. They were quick, transparent as to the pricing, and were professional in the service despite the very challenging attic installation location.
