We purchased a new energy efficient unit from ARS ********** to save money on our utility bills. Although there is a 100 % satisfaction guarantee our unit has not worked from day one and after 9 service visits is still not working and our last electric bill was over $600 and the financing put a lien on our home.

Best service ever!! The service tech **** was so knowledgeable, found the issue with my AC promptly and fixed it. He was nice and courteous besides being great at his job!!!

I called Will-Fix-It needing a plumber to install a new faucet in my kitchen. He called one time 25minutes before the arrival window to let me know he was on the way. I also received a text 10 mins before arrival. When the truck arrived, the technician had a clearly labeled company uniform on and was very pleasant. He introduced himself which matched the name I was told a day ago of who would be arriving and it was also sewn on the company uniform. I needed a new Heat and A/C unit in Dec 2021, ARS was great they came out and quoted it and said they had an out of box unit they could give me a good deal on, so I went for it. It has operated fine but when I had service done last month the tech asked me why my outside unit was 3 years older than the rest of my units?! I have made 4 calls to *****- their "Quality Mgr", he said that he would look into it and call me back with the president. That was almost a week ago and he is now not returning my calls.

We called ********************* at about 4:00 pm and they had a technician - **** - at our house about 7:30 pm. He had our AC working properly again in about an hour. Great job!
