The sales rep came out and provided a price quote which I accepted, the following day two installers came early and did a perfect deinstall of old equipment and install of new ac system. I really couldnt have asked for a smoother transition. Thank you.

They never even came out to do the quote. I was connected to them through Lowes and given an address and everything. I got a confirmation and two calls from them to confirm the appointment. They then just didn't show up for it. When I called, they lied and said they had called me and left a message that I was out of service area. Curious how I got an appointment, an appointment was confirmed, but then all of a sudden I'm out of service area? Please. Scheduled an appointment for HVAC services over the phone. Was given an appointment time of 4-7 pm. Left work early to be available in case they would arrive at that time. Remained at home until 7pm. Technician did not arrive for appointment. Did not receive a call either. Extremely ignorant. Several times sent technicians to perform work that not requested, they then argued with customer, performed no work, and did not have management follow up. When you can finally speak to someone who might be in management all they do send you in circles and get offended. Terrible company with poor workmanship. Did not do what they hired for to customer requirements.
Scheduled a tune up for fifty bucks with a special from *********** The guy comes and does the tune up and at the end of the appointment says itll be FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. He says there was a fire hazard with some wires and so he went ahead and fixed it. Cannot believe this.
The most unprofessional company I have ever seen. Service was scheduled a week ago and they called right in the evening before the service to postpone for another month. When I asked why, the phone rep proudly told me they do reschedule without any prior notice to provide services to others with "more important" issues. This company is straight up in the toilet, they should repair themselves instead.I had them install my RHEEM 3 ton 14 series nearly a year ago, through their partnership with *********** Paid over 12K for the system and they were supposed to give me a rebate of $1,000.
