Quick and easy to set up an appointment to have my HVAC checked out for the spring. The tech was pleasant and thorough.
This company is a scam. They overcharge their customers as a normal business practice. I had a sink clogged and **** recommended them to me, **** also gave me an estimate about $268. Then I received numerous calls and messages from ARS to pursue my business, but never mentioned they have a $109 surcharge for service call. The technician used the clog clearing machine cleared the clog in 10 minutes. The price was $519.10. They didn't explain why this service was so expensive. Way over priced! $860 to fix 8 of PVC pipe in the yard. I dug almost to the pipe, about 1 and a half foot deep and 2 foot wide. Then the guy comes out and finishes the dig to about 3 and a half foot deep. Then he fixed the leak. Waited there about 30 more minutes to check the repair and then proceeded to fill the hole by hand. The guy was very nice but $800+, REALLY!!! For what?

They installed a mini split AC in my house years ago and they seemed like a descent company. I had a maintenance contract with them on the unit since they require a lot of maintenance and they had one expert on staff. It appears he left the company (was given the run around about his status by different employees). They sent a technician out named ****** who was a pushy salesman in disguise. I had my new HVAC/Furnace installed in summer of 2022. The sales rep ****************** sold me on this new system would drastically save me $ and this and that. I called and explained that I needed a capacitor replaced. I knew what was wrong with my unit and what was needed. I took a few hvac classes.. I could understand paying 100 or 200 dollars for an hour labor plus parts, but not 4 to 5 hundred dollars.I tried to purchase the capacitor to do it myself but tech wouldn't sell it.
