The 2 guys that showed up, ***** and ***** (?), could not have been more professional and polite. They went to work immediately and within 3 hours were done. If you ever use Conway, Id request these two, if possible. Both extremely nice and well mannered. Couldnt ask for more.

Was charged $225.00 and was told he couldnt fix it. Very disappointed and will seriously think twice before calling these guys again
Very responsive hvac company. We have had problems with our 3 year old ***** unit, they have been very good at taking care of it. Their techs are polite, thorough and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with this company and would recommend them to all *********** friends.

A drain line routing was requested. An "$83 or Free" service.Service personnel were prompt and courteous.A cursory examination, i.e. watched water flow at the clean out, led to an "old toilet" diagnosis. "$83 or Free" is out the door. Now, it is get out a manual auger and try cleaning the toilet trap for $240, or "you buy the toilet and ************* for $400+, or "we provide the toilet and install it for $800+".A definite case of "Fine Printing". Less than 18 months ago I used ARS of ****************, ** to replace the entire HVAC and Heating system in my home. Since the date of installation the system has never been right. Recently we discovered a large carbon monoxide leak in our attic and furnace vent pipe (which is extremely dangerous for anyone in our home). ARS never sent anyone to inspect the work after the completion. Blue Flame sent ******************************* for the yearly review of our furnace. He was prompt, did a very thorough review of the furnace systems, was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He was the best technician you have ever sent us to do this job.
