Wish I could give zero stars. After a maintenance inspection showed that uv light was burned out, I was quoted $434 to replace. Repairman reluctantly retrieved the bulb at my request and handed me a warm bulb. I was able to purchase the replacement bulb for $34.99 on Amazon. When I called ARS to find out the cost of labor to install the bulb, I was given a evasive reply. But heres the clincher. I had saved the original bulb. My son was able to do the installation and found that the original bulb still worked!

After having my furnace serviced this morning. My furnace is not working. It's 30 degrees out and they can't get a technician out until the morning. If they claim it needs to be replaced I will be using another company. They will lose my business
ARS installed 2 brand new units in my parents home a couple of years ago. The units have been working fine up until the a couple of months ago. My parents contacted the local office and soneone came out and said they did not see anything. Problem continued and another technician was sent out. Still not able to find a problem. American Residential Service (ARS) Is the worst Business I have ever had to deal with in my 79 years of life. A complete and utter lack of anything that resembles Standard Business Ethics or Practices. They made us believe we needed a new furnace for the cost of about $5,500 when it turned out that there was only a small issue with a sensor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or get a second opinion like we did. They appear professional but cannot be trusted.

They sent out a "plumber"and he said he couldn't snake my drain or he might break a 6inch piece of pipe. Then got a quote for ****** to replace cast iron pipe in wall. I was charged ****** for a dispatch fee. I still have a slow drain. If they do plumbing why would he be concerned about breaking a 6in piece of PVC..They should have that on their truck. I am very disappointed in this company.. I feel like the kid they sent out here just didn't want to do the job.. I want a refund of the ridiculous fee I was charged

Would like to start off by saying this company is a joke They did a half a** install and refused to make it right. Still waiting on a check that I had to pay for from service call from a gas company that I had to have come out to my house. Because they failed to turn the gas back on to my house they price ***** the living h*** out of me for a simple AC replacement no reason it should have costed that much pay attention people who you have come in to your home.

They were great! ******************** came over and did the assessment. He was professional, kind and wore his mask as requested. He gave all the best options for what we needed and compared prices as well. **** went above and beyond. He installed the water heater and showed in detail how to operate the new device. He was polite, professional and didn't hesitate to answer all questions we had. He made sure everything was clean and in order before leaving. Thank you so much, Uron for your kindness!

Needed a backup of plumbing fixed. Took three days to fix and my toilet still could not be used. I tried calling them to give my insurance company the results of the camera footage from the sewer line, which they did not save as a video. I had to take the word of the plumber on the condition of the pipes and the main sewer line.
