I have been a customer of ******************** since ****. Last year I was forced to buy a higher priced preventative maintenance program which was to include plumbing. I had a "9 to 1" service call originally scheduled for 1/11/2023. At 1:30 PM I called to find out where the plumber was and was told I would not have service until late in the afternoon possible after 6 PM. I wished to give out only zero stars and demand a refund for having to pay the $$$ and my trust of this company.I had scheduled a plumber on a time and date for unclogging my kitchen drain and was later informed by the representatives that they were unavailable during those times. "Due to being understaffed and already on other locations", initially this was my first call on them, and had thought they were professionals and would be able to resolve my problem. Purchased a Carrier furnace from ARS through ********** for myself and another for my mothers home nearby in the last 5 years. My mother has had 2 costly repairs. We have had 2 also. Our unit is tuned by ARS every year, filters are changed monthly. ARS came yesterday to tune, was informed the heating element was fried, which was evident when shroud was removed. On Monday night January 3, ************************************* my downstairs master bathroom ceiling. I called ARS and a technician (*****************************) arrived at my home around 11:51 a.m. on Tuesday, January 4th. The technician went into the master bath, inspected the ceiling. On the 2nd floor he inspected the attic, water heater, gameroom and reported no signs of any leaks. He inspected the water meter - no indication of a leak. Bought a complete HVAC system in September, 2022. Since, I had to have their techs come to rectify problems three times (thus far). During the last visit, I kept asking why the furnace filter did not fit into its slot properly. The answer kept being repetitive: That is not a problem at all. ARS advertised a water heater special. When I called to schedule an appointment the rep told me they no longer offered the service. The advertised special is valid until 1/31.23. This is misleading and false advertisement,

Worst possible experience with a terrible company. 2 No call No shows, 2 promises for supervisor call, 0 follow thru or delivery of services. And no recourse to make things right with the customer.Scheduled an appointment for Friday between 8am-12pm. Dispatch (*******) called me at 11:30am saying that they received "more important and vital" calls for service that morning and asked if I could re-schedule. I will never use ARS again and would like to warn others. We paid almost $10,000 for a new AC system summer 2022. Since I had installed a new pump on our boiler- ARS refused to come look at it when I tried to start the heating system Oct. 2022. Supervisor **** would not return my repeated requests to speak to him. Finally called another company. They found that ARS had connected the thermostat incorrectly.
