Blue Dot Services LIES so they can sell you new HVAC system. Extreme high pressure sales tactics. Look for another company for a second opinion, before you spend thousands.Service Technician did not perform any diagnostic test (burners would't light). HVAC system is old and parts not available.Turns out I had a dirty flame sensor, that needed to be cleaned. Cost $125.00 by another company.

Its a fraudulent company Will Fix It, I buy an air condition system for $ ********* on July 2020 two years old system and the first year I have to call them for repairs they start changing parts in the condenser, first year I made almost 6 call for it, in my contract never mentioned that after one year you CAN NOT GET YOUR ***** BACK not even for all those call the I made before the year, the second year I called again about 7 times and again changing part from the condenser they replaced two times fan motor, they replaced t... read more

This review is for *********** ***** ******. Avoid this company - did not diagnose my problem of look for leakage, simply injected refrigerant. No meter or gauge to measure how much injected, the technician stated that he "knew" how much from being in business 30 years. Then overcharged me by a factor of 3 (total cost was $819.00. Charged $325 for first pound and $170 each pound thereafter. Versus industry standard cost is between $79 and $59 a pound. ARS Installed a hot water heater in my home a little over a year ago. The water heater failed and flooded my home. I recently called them after the adjuster assessed the damage. The repairman said that they knew the part was subject to fail but installed it anyway because it is what came with the water heater. They charged me $467.00 to install a 2 inch pipe on the water heater which would have stopped the problem from occuring in the first place. They failed to provide an itemized receipt. My dad and step mom had this company install a new unit and new vents through out their house 5 years ago. They paid well over 10, 000 for this service. Recently my dad passed and we are in the process of selling his house so an inspection was done, this company installed something wrong in the attic, a fire hazard the inspector called it. Unit installed incorrectly. Water damage from install failure(which didnt immediately show up but is now evidenced by rotting wood), fan installed incorrectly, and temps throughout house are still inconsistent. Several service visits with acknowledgment of install failures as well as being surprised they installed in finished attic area. offer was for 10 yr free parts. ARS is not a business to deal with Yesterday was advised by a technician named ***** that everything was good and went about his way. I received a survey and a follow-up and he said it was all good and something pertaining to our AC drain line, but he didnt explain anything about the drain line. I complained to the company regarding his false report and they advised me that it was reported. I had to call cause our AC stopped working and gave an error message.
