I purchased three mini split air and heating units from Blue Dot in the summer of 2021. Shortly after installation, I noticed that my living room temperature never matched the set target temperature. The space became unbearable on days above 90 degrees Fahrenheit and needed supplemental cooling. Moreover, there was not adequate heating from the same systems in the winter months. ARS is the best for me. They have been taking care of my repair and replacement years for 10 years. The technician who was at my house today gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be fix and I am going to do it. No waisted time.

The technician arrived on time, but with an extremely poor attitude already in place. After our specific issue was described to him, he spent nearly ten minutes explaining to us why he couldnt help us (lawsuits, CV-19, etc.). He seemed to be working harder at getting out of the work than helping us resolve our issue. Needless to say, we escorted him out the door and to his vehicle. The local, family-owned plumbing company we called after ARS/Rescue Rooter left responded within an hour and had the clogged septic line cleared ... read more

Ive used ARS for HVAC as well as hot water heater and both representatives were out in a super reasonable timeframe and very knowledgeable and thorough.

They were right on time, *****************, the technician was very safety conscious (wore a face mask and wore latex gloves), was extremely efficient in his installation, totally professional and polite, well-presented, and the bill for the A/C upgrade came in more than $100 less than two other contractors had quoted me. This company was excellent in their customer focus and service. ***************** is in my opinion a total professional and very knowledgeable in his craft.
