This company does not live up to its warranty regarding repairs. I paid $414.00 for repair of my central air unit and 11 days later the unit stopped cooling again. The tech came out and was *** to charge me another ******.

I ordered some flex pipe duct work, 04/15/2021 after the work was done. Some one was to come, and inspect the work, No one came had to complain to consumers affairs before some one came out to see what the problem was. A 1 star is being nice, this company is horrible. We had a new unit placed in May and in June when it got hot the unti shut off several time and we had 4 or 5 different techs out and it wasn't until the last one unhooking every single piece that it is now working. When they give is an arrival time the tech never arrived in that window and several times it was after 8pm. ****************** is very bad ethics/customer ******************** Basically, ******************************************* unnecessary installed the surge protector which cost around $85 but they charged $485. Based on the agreement they are able to de-install and refund the money based on the customer satistification. This company is by far the worst and largest ripoff artist I've ever had to deal with. My AC supposedly went out and they told me I had to install a new one. It cost me ****** and have only had for 2 years. There is always an Issue with it every 6 mons. This last time they convinced me to join the Proplus plan for ******. Called for Air Conditioner Repair and was quoted a service contract on phone of $28 per month to keep air in top working performance throughout the year and it would also apply a discount on service charges for that day. Service person arrived quoted approximately $1600 for repairs. I told repair person quote is too high and I do not want to continue with the monthly air service fee, he advised to call home office. Called ****** because they installed my system to tell them my compressor was bad. The lady in the phone told me I was under warranty until **** and scheduled a technician to come out. ***** showed up and spent 3 hours trying to find anything else that was wrong despite being told that it was the compressor up front. Then he went to get me a quote.. came back $2690 for labor only... Said it would be $4600 without the parts warranty. I called to complain and was told I would get a call Monday.. no call. Over the past 10 years we have given ***************** Plumbing over $6000 worth of business. In March 2020 they installed a Navien tankless water heater for us. Now, 2 1/2 years later when it has a problem, they tell us they don't service anything under 6 years old. This is the second time they have been "unavailable" for us for a plumbing issue. The truth is they can't be bothered with "small" jobs, regardless of customer loyalty. I do NOT recommend using them. We are getting much better service from **********************... read more
