These guys are the best!! Courteous, respectful of property, priced fairly and knowledgeable. Wouldn't have anyone else for my heating/air conditioning needs. Wish they also did home improvements! lol Highly recommend this company.

DM Select Services is a reliable service company when it comes to HVAC fixing and maintenance. They fixed my HVAC quickly and competently. All the questions I raised regarding the reason of the equipment defect, the type of electrical parts changed and the billing were quickly answered by emails and phone calls from several managers and staff. I recommend them and I will certainly always use them whenever my HVAC lets me down.

The reason why I am writing this letter of complaint, is to express the total lack of workmanship and customer service that I received from ARS. They poorly installed my Airconditioning unit, which was finally confirmed by three different service technicians: one being their own. They would not resolve the problem or even give me some form of compensation for all the cost that was involved in getting my system repaired, along with the lost due to poor efficiency. In conversations with the tech he told me I would get a full report of what he found and the possible problems. It is early but I don't have a report. If I don't get a report I'll speak with **********. Date of service was May 24th so I need to wait a few days. I expect a full report.

Ricky Y********* was the best plumber! Very informative, and explained everything to where we could understand all issues we had. From the time he came in and till the time he finished he was very professional, and got things done in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone, he's a really nice man!

has to be the worst company every to deal with, called on Sunday to schedule appointment, they never sent someone out, no call no nothing, call back Monday, they completely forgot to enter me for a slot "we will be there 5-9pm today" no one showed up, called back again rescheduled for Tuesday 12-5, took the day off work to get my HVAC fixed, get a call at 330 that tech on the way, no one ever showed up, call them back at 630 and all i hear is excuses, this is not how you run a business.

We felt very deceived and taken advantage of by this company. We called them for an AC tune up, and their tech saw there was a leak in refrigerant and advised that it would be a "minimum of $1800" and that because the system was a cheap unit that it would be a good idea to talk to their sales people to replace it. Sales person came out and quoted an entire hvac replacement , including water heater and furnace for $13000 claiming COVID inflation and *** regulation was driving the price up (and if we called in 3 weeks it would... read more
