Josh was a delight to work with. Very timely, professional and courteous. He arrived for our annual service and cleaning and left us with better performing systems and a smile. Checked the heaters, changed the filters, cleaned the condensers, he did it all. Nicely Done!

We have been customers for many years to ******* ******* *** ***. Our system needed to be replaced during a very cold winter week. We are retired senior adults living on a fixed income. A very smooth talking representative persuaded us to purchase a unit for $12,000.00. After unit was installed we discovered that we has overpaid for this unit by $6,000.00. Absolutely terrible company. Obviously, they don't train their technicians well. Management is beyond horrible. Spent $12k on a new system and they did so many things incorrect it's unreal.
Terrible company. Tech came out, said problem was fixed.was paid $3108.75. A/C worked for 1 week then quit. Company said another tech would be out , never came, called at 6PM to say was on the way, never showed; called at 9 PM wanted to know if still want him to come. Another company called, came and stated ARS never fixed problem and left 2 doors off, they had just recharged unit when problem was leak in evaporator coil. Technicians were on time & very knowledgeable. Was able to answer all questions & concerns that I had. Paul was the first technician to service my AC. He did an awesome job surveying the problems & quickly offering several solutions. Very friendly, thoughtful & caring. Very customer oriented & would request his excellent services again. I was scheduled for central air installation 5 weeks ago but no one showed and since then have been delayed with poor to 0 communication from ARS. I was finally able to get a date for install which was supposed to be today 6/1. I just received a call from ARS around noon saying that ARS is pulling out of the job completely. I have waited for over a month to have central air installed and have already paid for half of the job. This leaves me with a hot house during the summer months and no back up. Great Service all throughout the entire process...Chris, the representative, was thorough and explained things clearly. He gave different option to choose from and there was no pressure to go with them. The installers, Xavier and Dave, were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, polite and careful. The office staff was polite, friendly, and very very helpful. I was VERY impressed with this company in all aspects and I don't say that often. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
