Very professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Supervisor, Juan and technicians and installers, Chris, Danny,Tyler and Belsin were very professional and courteous and ensured that I was satisfied. I highly recommend them. The ladies on the phone, Alex and Marlene were accommodating, polite and and ensured my needs were met.

I called them out to diagnose my heater wish I had already installed all new parts I just wanted to find out why it wasn't working and he told me it was the air vent diffuser the little fan motor hook to the heater had a closed valve because the motor was bad asking for a bid to replace the valve and he said it was $1,100 I checked the part itself on Amazon it was $53 for the part does that mean they're charging me $1,050 to install it I also thought his tone was a little rude for asking me about why I replaced all the parts... read more

We found Atlas Trillo through Home Depot and they were very professional. They installed AC units in a timely manner and they took the time to help us figure out how to use the Nest thermometer. We're extremely happy with the product and their service!

The company over charge us for the they did. The part after I did cost any where 110 to 175 . The work took about 3 hours . The job cost us 2000 in labor . This is wrong they took advantage of seniors who trusted that they were honest . I will never use this company again and told all my family and friends the same . I hope karma comes their way . Very dishonest company .
