On time and very professional. Knowledgeable service tech and completed everything in a timely manner. He explained what service that was needed and gave options to consider before any extra work was done. Cleaned up the area satisfactorily.

I moved into my house in June of 2019. The electric bill was $560 the first full month in an 1800 sq ft home and we found that to be unheard of so we got Duke energy to do an energy audit at our home. They concluded that our 12 year old A/C unit was most likely our biggest issue. We hired Unique criminals in October of 2019 to install a Carrier Performance 17 and new duct work so we could get our electric bill down. I have used unique services since 2007 I I had them install a system at my previous house and maintain it and maintain my current system I had a problem with the system and error code on my thermostat I called unique the tech came out and proceeded to tell me that it would cost me somewhere around $4,000 to fix my AC system because of the type of system it was this is a 13,000 ft house which unique installed a $15,000 system in I decided to get a second opinion $700 later my system was fixed unique is now one of those compan... read more

The worst company I have ever dealt with they installed a new carrier infinity unit on 09/09/21 and tried using a nest thermostat on this unit till I was alerted by another A/C company that this will not communicate with the unit I paid over $10,800 for better efficiency , it took there crew over 15 hrs. To install plus have failed 2 county inspections finally passed on 10/27/21 and corrected thermostat issue that had to complain for for sometime. I spent nearly double the amount of competition pricing for, what I thought, a labor and parts warranty covering 12 years. My A/C has been out for ten days. Not only has it been out, but I also had to call to get updates if my part arrived. When I called 4 days ago they said my part arrived. I had to wait to be scheduled for today between 8-12. This company is disorganized, incompetent, and iVe had the worst time getting their manager to agree to replace a small areas on my AC unit, which is moldy. I paid top dollar for my Daiken unit. They keep messing up the scheduling, cancell, dont follow uo!

Our plumber, Austin, did a great job installing our new water heater today. He was very professional, polite and courteous. He worked efficiently on the job and took the time to answer our questions about the new water heater. We would definitely use them again.
