This company Unique responds to problems within 24 hours. Have used their service for 4 years now. last week I had problems keeping the air temp at 76 degrees, they found the problem had to order a new piece of equipment which took a week to obtain and installed it. Call them on Friday for a repair, they said will send tech out that day, no one came that day, or got a phone call when they were coming out. 4 days later I call them back. Could' not explain to me what happen... Had a better reliable company fix my problem.

Jay was a great technician Home Depot in unique services at great company to come out and service your air conditioning unit people who you can trust
I hired Unique Services to remove my old AC . My old AC was working fine but it has a leak so I had to refill it once or twice a year with freon. The installation of the new AC happened on 03/31, I went with a Carrier Unit. During the installation , one of the technician did a short circuit and burnt the zone panel and other components (UV light, etc). All I can say is with all of the negative reviews for this company and my own Manatee County needs to revoke their license to do business in our county.
