Unique Air is not reliable to provide maintenance as follow: Technician no show without calling us Technician always tells us something needs to be repaired which cost $1000+ Unique Air owes us $120 refund, maintenance contract canceled, we have never received the check they said has been sent out from their headquarter in Tennessee Unique Air representative, Miranda K., repeated telling the same lie every time I called. Therefore, my time and effort is better spent writing review to warn fellow consumers.

They are in desperate need of help in their scheduling department. They give you a 4 hour window, but they do not always follow through with this commitment. When they are unable to arrive in the scheduled time period, there should at least be a phone call to the customer advising them of this delay. On two separate occasions recently, I was told they would be there between 8 a.m. and noon. However, they did not arrive at my house until between 3 and 4 p.m.. ****** I had Unique come out to do my Maintenance TEC showed up and grabbed his gages and went around back to out side unit put his gages on unit and went back to truck got his drill and came in house and took cover off and took bottom cover off looked inside then he went back out side to truck and got small spray bottle of cleaner he came back in and shot three sprays on coil and said it was done so he closed every thing back up and said every thing was good he did not do what he was suppose to do according to my contract t... read more
