John was the answer to all our problems! John came out and worked on our unit until he found the problem, it was unfortunate that we needed a part the would take a week to arrive, leaving us without AC. John understood our frustrations with the problem and went above and beyond what was required from a tech by going to the company and explaining what we had been through with all of the different repairs that had been attempted to resolve our problems, with help from Kelly they were able to locate the part at another location... read more

Would like to thank Steve F. (salesman) for coming out and getting the deal done (very friendly & professional). I would also like to thank the installers Chris L., Justin S. and Tim K., worked patiently and steadily for about 10 hours. Jose and Jose from Unique Services installed a new air conditioning system in our home. They arrived on time in the morning and work throughout the day. They cleaned up after their work and were professional and friendly. They explained what they were doing and showed me how to program and use the new Next thermostat. I would recommend Unique Services for A/C repair or installation of a new system.
Chris L. and Carlos M. came on a Saturday to remove and install an air conditioner. They were both very good workers. It took them hours. John came on a Sunday for urgent service. He was very thorough, found the problem and worked till he found the source of the problem. He explained everything, shared his findings with his supervisor and talked with us about next steps. He left a beautifully functioning AC. Very conscientious. Chris G and Owen M worked steadily for 8-9 hours. They removed an existing central A/C, and installed a new unit. All removed parts were taken away. They were very courteous and explained what they were doing as they went along. This WAS NOT an easy job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
