I called for service about my heating and AC unit. I had the pleasure of meeting Juan S. the technician that responded. Juan was very professional and knowledgeable and made sure that I understood what was going on with my unit. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for service.

My mother made an appointment 2 months ago to have an AC unit serviced. the technician called in sick and their office called an old number that is not active. They have the right number to call cause they have called it before for the past 3 yrs to set up service. My mother takes a Vacation day to meet them and never received a call from them my mother calls them only to be told they have to reschedule service in 2 weeks.
