I have had nothing but the BEST POOL service provided for our vacation home from Will Ferrari!!! He is honest, reliable and will always go out of his way for his clients to make sure that their pool is in the best condition. Thank you, Will! You are the best!!

Paid 8000$ for new system and a/c ducts . Tech came out to do my 6month pre paid service . Cleaned drain line , checked pressure , etc. It's currently 80 degrees in my house , pump line clogged , was told tech might be out by midnight . What exactly did this tech do yesterday . Reading reviews on this company how can they possibly be a A+
I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude enough to Mike and his team at Unique. The whole unpleasant experience of having your A/C unit go out in the middle of summer, in the middle of our hottest heat wave yet, ... this company and their team of amazing, WELL MANNERED, knowledgeable staff saved us in a timely manner, with skill and precision getting us back up and running again. I requested a specific technician based on his performance of my first service. I was told that particular tech would be at my house. I was also told to expect a phone call alerting me to his estimated arrival time. Neither one happened. A different technician arrived, busy listening to his music on his headphones. He spent half the amount of time that the first tech used. Never hooked up to the compressor to test, spent 30 seconds vacuuming the condensate line. Jason M. came to our home today to perform the semi-annual maintenance for 4 A/C units and also installed an ultra violet filtration system for one of our A/C units. Jason was professional and neat. He addressed all of my questions and explained the details. Glad to have our service through Unique.

George (Electrician) arrived at my home via Home Depot warranty contract following an electrical fire outside my home due to a suspected lightning strike. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional by answering all my questions/concerns regarding the damage throughout the AC system. One of the VERY BEST professionals I have worked with in the past 20 years here in FL and I may switch my AC contract to Unique for future maintenance and services!
On Monday Derek visited with us to discuss adding several mini-split units to our garage and lanai. The quote seemed appropriate and we decided to proceed. Derek then informed us that the actual installation could be scheduled for the next day! On Tuesday Chris and Anibal arrived and spent all day and into the evening completing the project. They are most capable and hard working. Both units work well and we are again pleased with Unique Services who installed our main HVAC system back in 2011.
