Recently, I placed a service call for my air conditioning unit. Darren G. was the service professional assigned to the call. He was very polite and professional. Darren took the time to explain what he was doing as he made the necessary repairs. I would recommend Unique Services.

Today we had Brad come out and due our maintenance on our ac unit. He was prompt and very polite. He explained the packages in detail to what we would be interested in next for our ac unit. Very friendly, I wish all service technician were this polite and helpful. We will definitely request him in the future.
Once again, excellent air conditioning inspection and update from Unique Services. Their service tech Brad C. did 5 star job explaining his work while being neat and polite. He is a credit to his company as I have found all of their employees over the ten years I have been a customer to Unique across the full range of their services.

Received a scheduled maintenance service on my recently purchased A/C unit yesterday.The technician(Ignacio) arrived on time and acted in a friendly, courteous manner. He explained the various readings of his tests and made several suggestions to me for maintenance of the unit between service calls.All in all a very positive experience.

Wayne and Martin and the crew were great. They installed a pretty big system in a pretty old house with some challenges. They were hard working and friendly. I recommend them.

This morning, Billy, Anibal and Corey from Unique Services showed up right on time to install a new heating/AC unit at my home in Venice. They were all courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Ignacio recently completed a scheduled A/C maintenance for me. He was on time for the appointment and was very thorough and kept me informed as he went through the process. I appreciated his thoroughness and competence.
Darren did a great job today. He showed me how to use the dehumidistat and discovered that it had been wired differently than how the dehumidistat instructions. He changed it to the correct method and also did a great job in the biannual maintenance. I give him an excellent!

We are a 5+ yrs customer and have had great service over the years including a new iA/C install. Their service is always outstanding; Fast, courteous, neat in performing their work. Jason was here today and he always is a pleasure to deal with. I only want to comment on the appointment scheduling. We seem to always be at the tail end of the time slot. Today we had an 8-12 time frame and the serviceman came at 12:05. The appointment should have been 10-12 or 12-4 so I didn't have to waste the entire morning waiting around. K... read more
