We have used Unique Air Services since purchasing a home in Sarasota 7 years ago. They installed a complete new system at that time and have provided routine maintenance twice annually from that point. There may be different service technicians but all have been most capable. Today the technician was Ignacio G. and I would judge him to be the best. I will ask for him again in the future.

The technician Jay H. provided the best and most informative maintenance services I have ever received. He was outstanding in explaining to me every step he was taking, showing me pictures of problem areas, explaining why parts needed to be changed and maintaining my system. I think he is the greatest!
