Blake B with Unique Air did a wonderful job with our a/c units today. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing - he added refrigerant and vacuumed out system and even replaced the filters so when the hot weather comes, we will be good and ready. Very good experience.
Today the service representative for my AC unit arrived on schedule after being notified by the company office that he was on his way. Mr. Agbor T. greeted me very professionally and was extremely friendly and very pleasant. He used booties on his feet when he came into my home and proceeded to explain exactly what he was doing. Ignacio G. could have come and gone with minimal effort, but in his semi-annual checkup he was careful and thorough, using what we had (vinegar and hot water) to flush the system repeatedly, rather than bill us for a "solvent" cleaning. Drainage had become sluggish, and he renewed it! He also educated us about why it's better to set our system to AUTO FAN, vs ON, and advised us to change our filters more often, since they were very dusty. We have been using Unique Services for 20+ years and never have had an issue or a complaint with any of the service or technicians they have sent us. Even when we have had free home estimates done they have been professional and didn't try to do a heavy sell on us. They recommended without pressure. Bill and Robert from Unique Services were on time and did a great job installing our new air conditioner. Knowledgeable. Provided some "service technician" opinions that were really appreciated. Only issue was they could have cleaned up a little better but still not bad.
Service performed by Ignacio G******* of Unique Services on our A/C on January 19,2017. Ignacio discovered a freon leak and worked effectively to find and repair it. He then explained to me what he had done. He is a skillful and conscientious technician. He is a real credit to Unique.
