This is the best service representative we have encountered in a long time. *** ****** was a superb and polished person for whom his company should be proud. He did his work on our system, then carefully and considerately told us its current flaws and, (as I anticipated by the way) proposed a new system replacement as ours was quite old. We have used Unique Services for many years, adding all the components (HVAC, plumbing, electric) as time went on because we found the service to be excellent, response time very good and quality guaranteed. It was a plus to find out they have in-house financing for qualified clients and will really help with any issue (client comprehension, proactive service planning, financial concerns, rebates, etc.) which arises. the mistakes have been very few and were reconciled quickly and fairly.
